I dont have an answer for you on the Beiwers but I know the AKC will register Parti and Chocolates. My Max's mom is a Chocolate and she is registered with the AKC. I've always thought you couldnt register them so I called the AKC and asked and was told "In order to register a yorkie that is not the standard color you have to write in the color description and send in a picture of the yorkie." That is exactly what Max's breeder told me she did, she said it took a few weeks longer than it takes when she registers her standard colored but they did register her chocolate.
