I so agree with you! I was almost paranoid about finding the "best food" for Joey, but the more research I did the more I learned things are still very controversial in the nutrition department. Look at all the changes lately in human nutrition. One minute, eggs are off limits and the next they are nature's purest food and actually help lower cholesterol.
