I was just at this hotel a few weeks ago.
All are correct it is NOT a Disney hotel but located directly across the street from Downtown Disney and Pleasure Island.
It is a VERY nice hotel as long as you are not looking for Disney Themed hotels. A lot of business conferences take place there ...reason I was there as well.
