As far as I've been told the YTCA is 'die hard' on standard yorkies. The YTCA is the club that the AKC looks to for anything yorkie related (as far as I've been told) and I doubt the YTCA will accept parti/biewer yorkies. Maybe I'm wrong and someone else can explain it better

I am wondering though, would it be possible for the AKC to 'adopt' another parent club for the partis/biewers? Instead of the YTCA? Anyone know?
