my dear friend has a morkie...she is about 9 months old and probably 8-10 lbs now. She is super sweet...pretty hyper but I blame that on my friend LOL she plays really well with maggie...but she tries to hump her non stop LOL

honestly, she is a beautiful dog, very sweet, and very smart. definitely larger than maggie (maggie is 5 1/2 lbs), and she has several characteristics of both maltese and yorkie.

Just be careful who you buy from. That's really the key here. some "morkie" breeders are out for a quick buck...cross breeding dogs and charging just as much..or more...for them as they do a lot of full breeds. Just check the living conditions, and I would not pay much for one. It just seems ridiculous to me that people are mixing these breeds, giving them a cute name, and selling them for big bucks.

Here are some pics of Sedona. I'm convinced she has the longest tongue in dog history LOL She came from someone who used to be a member here...and another member here actually has her sister
