Well, I asked for help with recipes here (in a different thread) and got some good ideas. I ended up making the Earthquake Cake and a chocolate cake. There was SO much cake left over - I left some with my mom and sent the rest home with my son.
Tinka and Brea came along. My mom loves seeing the dogs. She loves Tinka especially.
She likes to see what dress Brea will show up in.
We brought supper from the Olive Garden (I had gift certificates). It was all very good and we were stuffed to the gills.
So, today I go to the podiatrist and then to have my MRI done. All I want to do is curl up on the couch with my pillow and blankey.
