Got mine from www.personallypaws.com They are high quality and wash out without much effort. I have one that likes to even drag the cloth ones around.

(I have the extra large ones.) I've taken a long piece of cloth, wrapped it around a solid object and pinned it on the underside at the very edge. Stopped the moving around and accidents.
