Just BREATH... I would be careful not to over do it on the bleach. It's ok to wash the floors down but to much bleach might make them sick.
Call the vet and see if there is anything to look for or test for. Ask them if Lepto might be a concern because rodents carry that.
Brush their teeth and try to be calm around them, they have no idea why your so freaked out and might think you are mad at them!
On the other hand....Ewwwww so gross!!! I understand you freak out completely!
