Maggy May had a yeast infection in her ears and ear mites when we got her, our vet put her on Malotic and Mita Clear for it and it cleared it up, but we had to use the Malotic for a month I believe it was. I didn't clean down in her ears cause I was afraid I'd hurt her, I always let the vet do it when I took her back for a recheck. Best of luck to you and your furbaby.
