i have a little to add....i asked my breeder the same thing and she said that they are just trying to wash themselves...she told me to take a wash cloth with a little bit of baby bodywash on it and wash "there" so that if he had eaten anything different the urine wouldn't irritate him...works great but now if i let him see the wash cloth he takes off because he thinks he is gonna get a bath....(he hates a bath).....i made quite a few bellybands for him....we use the extra sixe serenity pads.....they are really thick and dont leak....but now that he is getting older we are probably gonna have to start changing him twice a day........
