Just want to clarify....I emailed Kim a final PM asking her and her boyfriend Rich to stop calling me numerous times a day leaving voicemails saying to come to their bar and talk or they will find me. I said I was sorry I ever got reinvolved....but by no means did I ever retract the opinions I have expresssed on here. I have not lied about anything and everything I said Kim has done, she has in fact done. Kim is now blaming me for the fact that her business has been reported and on the internet she has been posted on rip off report.com by someone I DONT EVEN KNOW! Kim blames me that her unethical business practices are being seen by all. Well, I am not taking blame. I have stopped any contact, as advised by the police when I filed their threats in a police report last week. I have not answered my phone and simply add the continuous voicemails to my police report. I am frustrated that may now I have to file two restraining orders for my protection. I had a right to say how I feel and not have my safety threatened, but this is how they deal with things. I have and will always continue to take the legal route and I refuse to answer a phone call or drive all the way out to their bar or that neighborhood to talk to them. If they want to talk, it will ONLY be in a court of law. So the only open ears to the voicemails they are leaving me are the police. The police said after 10 messages I can file for an emergency restraining order. They have left 8 in the past 3 days. So I guess I will just wait for the two more and do this the legal way. I have to legal right to say on here what I want, as does Kim. All she has done is threaten. It would be better off for her to accept responsibility for her own actions and move forward as well. I have said all I need to say and am done with this entire issue. I hope it doesnt have to go to court and a restraining order, but any normal, non fist fighting person like myself would take her posts on here and voicemails seriously when she says she and Rich will call every day and find me and its going to get worse. I dont deal with that. My only fault is that I should have realized Kim had it in her to get nasty and physical like this and I should have kept my feelings to myself when I saw she had done it to someone else. By the way, the rip off report was filed by someone else a long time before I ever post on here. Dont blame me its on the internet. The person who wrote ie CLEARLY states who they are and makes no secret about that. KIM and Rich know it was ANOTHER customer of hers and not me, so stop blaming me and move on.
