ouch !! I've never had one but my husband did and I had to get him what was mentioned by littlewhip - 'boilease'.... then 'do stuff' to it
and it wasn't fun at all - - I remember it was over the counter -
but to have one on your face you may want to see someone - that's a little scary and they can get infected -
