This is how you have to approach a parent who is abusing their child ("I sure know how frustrating these kids can be", etc.). Just like here on YT, people listen better when information is delivered respectfully. ..... Now that being said, there is no guarantee how your information is received (but it will still be processed better after you leave if you are respectful). You can only control how you give it.
How wonderful for you guys to look out for this little one. I hope and pray that your confrontation goes well.
