I think it's the ones that DO fit that description that frustrate members.
I can tell you of many times when I've seen breeders go on and on giving help, info and advice to those who need it and who are willing to listen to what is being told. But when you ask for advice and ignore everything that is said...well it's like a waste of time to continue offering anything....
Why ask for advice if you are going to ignore everything you are told?
