Zander was a week shy of 6 months when he was neutered, I didn't get him a shirt, he really didn't bother with the stitches. With Jazzie I did get her a preemie shirt, put it on her the normal way, but realized she didn't really need it. She didn't bother her stitches either. I had so much worry, before the surgeries.... yet they went about life like nothing. Pups are amazing!! very resilient.
