Soooo not true. I had implants put in 2 years ago and right after the surgery I was lactating. Gross I know, but the pressure from the implants was releasing milk. You can definitely breast feed after implants, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten it done. I plan on having a large family and breastfeeding is a must. 2 of my friends have gone on to have children after having implants put in and have had no troubles breast feeding
