I have a 4 YO lab, a 2 YO sheltie, and 1 YO shih tzu. They are all crated when I leave home. But when I'm home, I let them play together in a more supervised area and 99 times out of 100, the bigger dogs run inside their crates to get away from the shih tzu. They are "terrified" of him. It's hysterical. He's still in that puppy stage and they don't want to have anything to do with that nonsense. The jealous thing goes away. The only thing we really have to watch is with the food bowls. Everyone must be separated during feeding time because of bowl envy. |
