I have to keep them seperated. When I AM breeding them...they do their thing and no, it doesn't help him settle down...he's ready to go again right after.
Things don't quiet down for a good 3 weeks.
I have a good set up where I can block off entry ways and give the males run of the upper level and keep the girls on the lower level so I don't have to completely confine someone.
But yes....its quite the adventure  |
My boys whine like crazy too they know I am the one thing that stands in the way of what they want!
I don't have a duel level home so I have to deal with it abit differently, but much in the same way you do.
