Kelly, you are so smart!! Bo doesn't wear a collar either, and his harness is off when he is in the house. I'm gonna put his on his leash as well. I've run into cops on a power trip too many times to admit, lol!! Sorry, not gunna share,lol! Fight it Jennifer!
