I lost my little Yorkie in Jan. when I let him out to go pee. As soon as he saw something across the street, he bolted right in front of a car and was killed. I will never ever let another one out even with me right there, unless they are harnessed and me holding the other end of the leash. We are putting up a fence before our new baby comes home. I will be able to be on the deck and supervise her.
