I'm sorry, I'm a real newbie, I didn't know if I should post this in the other potty training thread because I didn't know if that would be "hijacking".....What is the etiquette for that? Ask in someone else's thread or create a new thread?

How do you correct properly? I love my little one, I have never yelled or spanked or intimidated at all, I just say very quietly "Oh Pippin, no no", in a dissappointed tone and she looks at me like she can't believe I just said that to her and goes to her bed....What am I doing wrong?
She really doesn't like the pup pads, but when we go outside she doesn't like to go potty outside either...Her place to go is on the boys room carpet or about a foot away from the potty pads. We have a pile of cedar chips outside for the garden and she will climb to the top of that and go, but I don't know if there is possibility of little slivers getting in her feet so I'm unsure if I should let her on the chips....
