NO no NEVER tie her up and leave her outside. As annoying as it is (I used to have to do it myself), you may have to harness her up and take her out on the leash every couple of hours yourself. Even now that I have a fence I STILL won't let them out by themselves. There are just too many threats posed for these little babies...
