Try to get a bottle of bitter apple. Seems your baby is teething and that is why he is doing it. Your other baby sees him doing it and figures shoot if he can do it then let me. Or youcan try water in a spray bottle or the pennies in a can. But definitely get the bitter apple to make it not so tasty to him.
