Hello!
We are currently pee-pad training our 14 wk old Mariah but as soon as the weather gets nicer we want to start training her to go outside.

I was wondering if everyone ties up their dogs. It's my understanding that Yorkie's shouldn't have collars...so do you use a harness to tie them up?

I could never just let her outside without containing her someway and we don't have a fenced yard.
