Make sure that she IS drinking water, if not you'll have to force it with a syringe. Dehydration is bad. You can tell if she's dehydrated by pinching the skin on the back of her neck up, tenting it. Not hard of course, just enough to get the skin standing up. If it snaps back immediately then she's NOT dehydrated, but if it stays like that for longer than a second or two, then she needs fluids immediately. If you can't get any into her, the vet should be called.
