That's how do it at our shop and how I do it for my babies at home. Best answer I'd say!

Also don't ever spray the water straight at their muzzle (like you were spraying it right at the front of their nose). Sometimes, if they're puppies or very wiggly, it's inevitable they'll get some water down their nose or throat. Just be careful and it you notice them struggling too much that they do start choking or coughing, just stop and let them settle down then begin again to rinse. They'll get used to it eventually.
