Its a tool that stretches a small tiny rubber band type thing.
My husband calls them cherrios ..lol
It stretches pretty big , then over the "package" it goes
"They" dry up and just fall off...
The first time we had to do it, my husband teased me about
finding "them" and chasing me around with "them"
Thank goodness that not how they do Yorkies!!!!!!
I do however know of a lady...who catches every wild cat they can and uses the tool on them. Got ch on the men thing
I'm a firm believer Kids, grandkids, and animals are forever.... sometimes men are NOT..lol
