contracts are so stupid. I lucked out and don't have a contract on my iphone. I complained enough because our service is horrible in this area. I told them I wanted to change to the "pay as you go" plan that they have. so they removed my contract and when I went into the store to sign up for the pay as you go thing, their computers were down and they told me not to worry about it. So I have a regular plan with no contract. I was sooooooooooo surprised
I was a new customer when I got the iphone so normally you would have to have a contract.
