yes how old is she? if she's only 12-14 months old she probably can't hold it all night long. I think mine stopped waking me up at 16 weeks and slept till 6-7am. if she's around this age or older i'd ignore either the first wake up call or the second. only take her out once in the middle of the night and then make her wait till morning. see what happens.
edit: she's 6 months old then she can definitely hold it all night long. ignore her completely all night long. she needs to learn to hold it. if she did it while sleeping with you she can hold it in her crate.
