You're right. Forsyth County has no ordinance limiting the numbers of pets per household like we have here in Wake County.
Just to give you a heads up, though, there is a state law here in North Carolina that restricts you to selling the offspring of no more than five female dogs per year without becoming a state licensed dealer.
