I live in KS. What in the world is a Yorkie doing running around loose in this weather? Where is animal control/those who are to protect animals? That is pure and simple animal abuse for that Yorkie to be running around in rain, sleet, snow, slush, freezing temps, and the nasty KS wind! If there is a dog house on the porch does that mean that the Yorkie is outdoors all the time? Good heavens! By the looks of what the weather is doing on the west coast, we are in for another round of nasty weather. Yikes!!!!
