My brother had severe acne in ms and hs... He tried everything. Someone told him to wash his face with a good cleanser (he used something from wal-mart) use peroxide as an astringent, and then use 100% aloe vera (gel or you can use the actual plant he used both). His face is super clear now. He doesn't have any trouble. It cleared up really fast.
