When they have to much space they do that. Currently runnin the same drill with miss Zoey. She will be anywhere away from the dang pad. I only have them down in case because I am training her for outdoors but with the snow we had she doesn't want to go out and do her business...she is driving me bonkers.
Good luck. I suggest limiting the space and keeping that eagle eye on him.
