Get some moeskin by Dr. Scholl's and some eyelash adhesive (the clear kind for strip lashes). Cut the moeskin ( I'm not sure of the spelling but it's for the bottom of the feet) into triangles to fit in the ear and apply a small amount of glue to the edges. After making sure the ear leather is clean press the moeskin into the inside of the ear. Hold until the glue is set and shape into a natural position. The moeskin will breath and is soft so it won't irritate the skin. Over time the glue will give out and the moeskin will come off. Try to keep the ears dry and clean.
