well of course most doctors don't finish in the top 10% of their class...only 10% do But every doctor that passes his boards and graduates walks across that stage with a diploma...the bottom of the class is just as much of a doctor as #1 in the class. And I promise you that just because someone has the highest grades does not mean they are going to be the best doctors. I can already tell that by some of the people in my vet school class...
