I am having a very hard time training Roxie. She is 21 weeks old and I have had her 3 weeks. I have 2 adult dogs that are trained outside and one that is pad trained and I can't get her to get the idea of pee pads or outside. I really can't figure out how to get her to figure it out. I have never had a dog so stubborn. |
