I thought I had posted this, but it didn't show up. If this is a duplicate, please forgive me. Help, I think my Jasmine is too thin. She is 4 months and weighs exactly 4lbs. She is about 10 inches from the base of her neck to the end of her back. She runs around the yard at about 100 miles per hour all day. My husband is home during the day, and thinks everytime she goes to the patio door, she has to potty so he lets her out. She eats about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of dry dog food I hate to say it but she loves Puppy Chow. The breeder had her on it so I just kept her on it. She does get some snacks, watermelon, strawberries, cooked ground turkey, and she is in love with Lucky Charms. I don't give her the marshmellows, I eat those myself. She also loves the doggy cookies from Petco. Is there anything I can do to get her to gain weight or is that an okay weight? She just looks so long and skinny, I have AKC papers on her that claim that she is a purebred Yorkshire Terrier, but she looks long like a dauschound. hopefully one didn't sneak in the backdoor.
