Pixie was just spayed on Monday and she also had some retained puppy teeth pulled and she was just out of it when I picked her up. I think you are perfectly fine waiting to have the Rabies done after she recovers from her surgery. The one upside to them giving it to her during her surgery is that she'll be at the vet should she have any kind of negative reaction to it. So it's a total judgement call for you but I think you would probably be okay either way. Personally, I would wait and do it after the surgery.
