Ok what you need to do is forget about the crate he is to young and will continue to poop.

What you have to do is get a wee wee pad and put it in the bathroom and watch him every minute. He will start walking funny sniffing, pick him up and go to the bathroom and let him poop and once he goes in the bathroom make a big scandal, a happy scandal and say good boy! and give him a treat. he'll respond to that faster you must do this for 2days straight meaning the weekend. then if you have time during the week.

He'll get it. once he knows he suppose to go in the bathroom then he'll continue.
Then you can challenge him to the crate training.

One thing you must know bigger pups never want to go poop where the eat and sleep but you must show him where to start.
