The Cal-sorb should only be used if she starts showing signs of eclampsia (heavy panting, stiffness and shaking).
I would concentrate on getting her to eat more of the Solid Gold. Canned food is mostly water. For each feeding I would say 1/3 of a can would be plenty mixed in with the Solid Gold. Another food I like that would really add some weight to her is the Natural Balance Dog Food Rolls sold at Pet-co. I would recommend the Lamb because it is easier to digest. You could grate a little into her food and cut some up for treats. Just be sure to refrigerate it after you open it.
