 to register or not to register .. that is the question....
i know there was a thread about this but i just got into a convo yesterday with my puppy trainer and i need to get more feed back from you guys.
ok i asked what is the importance of registering my dog and she told me that depending on the state you live in that if you dont have them registered you can be fined. IS THIS TRUE.... ???? |
