It's sad to see a puppy given away just because it is not the right size. The weight it was at the time it was brought home would have given you some idea that it was not going to be a small yorkie. The shelters have seen many yorkies that weren't the right size. Muffin was about 12 lbs and I could hold her in one arm easily.
