We have a snoozer car seat. It is wonderful. Sits up high enough AND it also has a little storage drawer underneath. Works with a seatbelt and there is a strap that somes with it to attach to a harness....... should not be used with a collar. Anyway, I think you can search it on snoozerbeds.com.
