What is interesting is that some of the dogs who got sick/died had been on Nurtro for quite awhile, and others for a couple of weeks. IMO that would mean that something has gone a-foul in the last 4/5 months. It is beyond me why a company wouldn't want to keep their good name and clean up their product.
What makes it worse is that Nutro has been considered a fairly good pet food. On the grade-scale is it given an 87 which is a grade B. Just think how many pet owners consider that to be a good food, and how many pets have the potential to become ill!!!!
Hope Nutro gets their act together soon.
