Default Smaller puppies and health issues

Hello everyone, I am looking at a yorkie puppy and I have a question for you all. The lady I'm working with is a reputable breeder in the area. She has 3 males right now, two of them are smaller and one regular size. Two of them are 9/10 weeks and are 1.5 lbs, the other i believe is a little over 2 lbs. My question is with a smaller yorkie are they more prone to health issues due to size? I know a few people who have gotten puppies from her and they are perfectly healthy and they do come with a health guarantee so im not concerned with the breeder. Just worried about the future and weather the smaller one may have health problems. Thanks so much for the help!!
