If the puppy is having accidents and you are not cleaning it up with an enzyme cleaner, Andy will be able to smell those spots and do what almost any normal dog would do--go at the same spot. And, of course, there is a possibility that he is jealous. It's hard on an established dog to began sharing his domain with another. Good luck. Just be patient. It will work out with persistence.
