They would also have information about closed units.
Then there is the ACHA, the governing body that provides these facilities with their lic to operate.

Facilities are audited/inspected and obtain ratings by ACHA. I think they have specifics on this web site. What percentage of problems like bed sores originate in the nursing home etc.
