By law (anywhere) you cannot be evicted "after" a new rule is made. Your safe, and don't let anyone try to get you out. They can however refuse to let you renew your lease when it's expired if you don't sign the new one, so you may want to start looking for another place that allows dogs so you can move when your lease is up. |
