Personally, I would wait. There are a lot of germs and diseases floating around places where lots of dogs go. I won't even let my grown up dogs walk in pet stores - they are always in a bag. I'm just too afraid of them picking something up and getting sick.
You'll have a whole Yorkie lifetime to take her out... be patient.
