Well, the thing is, this all happened very late at night. I was on my way home from Pennsylvania and it was the only 24 hour place my brother knew of. Had I been home I wouldn't have brought him there, I already had a bad experience with them. I brought Minnie there almost dead..and they said..oh we can't look at her if you don't pay the deposit
